Worst birthday ever due to that feeling. It killed me for 24 hours.
After that it was ok enough to enjoy a night with French Jazz in L'espace - so wonderful that I will come again!
And then, due to it, I was up and down and then felt nothing! It was good to feel nothing.
It means that I am free from it, overcome it. But not really, I know!
It was yesterday - a really happy working Sunday to me and when I was busy, it was good to me!
Back to normal as usual though it cannot be usually any more.
